QUALIFICATIONS
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
PERFORMANCE ABILITY
Certification as a Machine Operator in one (1) to three (3) Packaging and/or Processing areas.
Proven ability to operate various Packaging and Processing equipment according to set standards; conduct quality checks; perform minor machine maintenance; and perform sanitation and changeover of equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety rules.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and understand weights and measures.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
