BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Manually compound, filter, and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
• Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compounding - compounding of liquid flavors and/or intermediates.
• Filtering - filtering of liquid compounded batches.
• Filling - filling of liquid finished goods for shipment.
• Running - the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
• All areas - work is executed within the departments' quality expectations.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 months' experience after completion of department-specific training.
• No current written warnings for attendance.
• No written warnings for safety issues in the last six months.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills - fosters positive relationships with team members.
• Adhere to standard site promotion qualifications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
• Compliance with Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs, as well as applicable regulations and third-party certifications.
• Fork truck certification is required.
