The Production Operator ensures operations are safe and meet quality specifications.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations, and is based in Duncan, SC, on-site.

What You Will Do

• Ensure operations are safe and quality standards are met.
• Build product following safety and quality procedures and work instructions. Achieve safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Complete documentation for compliance, including routing info, batch records, quality issues, and scorecards.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, ability to read drawings and instructions, use measuring tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom environments, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
