Job Summary

The Production Operator I needs to be a dependable self-starter with a desire to grow and succeed. Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high quality coatings products.

Qualifications Required
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) High school diploma or GED is required
  • 0-2 years related manufacturing experience
General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day to day Plant activities
  • Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $26.78
