Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation’s Industrial Gas Filtration & Generation (IGFG) Division is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.   • Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation.
  • Be a member of a Natural HPT and actively engage during the team’s TIB Meetings.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedProduction Operatorto join our manufacturing team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $20/hr to $26/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
