Job summary

Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc., part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Production Operator I for our Lynn, MA facility. You will work in stamping, assembly, and finish departments, performing essential duties across the metal burial casket production line.

We value dependable, flexible team players who follow safety and quality standards, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; high school or GED preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties within Production Operator I across stamping, assembly and finish departments.
  • Operate machinery and tools as needed to produce parts for metal burial caskets.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards, and support a fast-paced production environment.

Astral's manufacturing capabilities include electro-mechanical assembly, fabrication, sheet metal forming, stamping, structural welding, and automated powder coating.
