Job summary

On-Board PMO, Incorporated is hiring a Production Operator in Valley View, OH. The role involves monitoring and operating press machines, ovens and related equipment to ensure product quality and compliance with SOPs.

You will perform basic maintenance, read process instructions, and handle various assembly and machining tasks with attention to safety and high-temp hazards. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical successfully.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate press machines, ovens and equipment, ensuring product quality and SOP conformance.
• Follow SOPs and process instructions to ensure product accuracy.
• Complete all written requirements including scrap tickets.
• Perform sandblasting, oven operations, deburr, manual and automatic press operations, and related assembly tasks.
• Maintain proper storage for materials and product.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe workplace.
