Kelly Services is seeking a Production Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Torrington, CT. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, a climate-controlled facility, and opportunities to learn by rotating through tasks with both manual and automated equipment.

You will follow clear instructions, use precision tools, and collaborate with a team to ensure quality while lifting up to 25 lbs. Compensation starts at $19.80/hour with 2nd and 3rd shift options and training available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift/position parts up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to manufacture and assemble components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment.
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures to ensure top-notch results.
• Use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
