Job summary

Washington Mills in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Production Operator to join our hourly, full-time team. You will perform general equipment cleaning, packaging, basic QA tests, and material handling on rotating shifts.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand long periods, follow safety regulations, and have basic math, reading and writing skills. Training will cover operating and maintaining process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and sanitary cleaning of equipment.
• Fill, weigh, and seal bags, drums, kegs, and other packing materials.
• Perform basic quality assurance tests.
• Make slings for shipping containers and related items.
• Operate a jitney to unload, transport, store and deliver materials.
