Qualifications

• No experience required; elementary school education completed.
• Availability to work overtime and holidays when required.
• Ability to understand and follow workplace safety requirements.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Teamwork skills and a responsible, committed approach to daily production.

Responsibilities

• Start up equipment and ensure machinery is in safe operating condition at the beginning of each shift.
• Complete and sign the daily safety checklist and follow all safety procedures.
• Attend Tier I meetings with the group leader and receive daily production instructions.
• Perform production line operations using visual, verbal, and written instructions and specifications.
• Maintain quality and safety by performing first-piece inspections/releases and escalating issues when needed.
