Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
• Can work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance
• Will be required to pass 3M’s testing as part of the selection process

Additional qualifications that could help include:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience with production reporting systems
• Basic computer skills

Pay & Benefits
