Job summary

NPAA seeks a Production Operator for its Small Paint Plant (SPP). You will fill batches using automated equipment, weigh and mix, load containers, and label them per customer IDs.

Key duties include following SOPs, operating filling systems and scales, and safely moving materials with a forklift. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required; roles are full-time on site with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment and following SOPs.
• Ability to read batch tickets and process sheets.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies.
• Operate equipment used to fill batches, including automated pail filling systems, scales, mixers, pumps, and filling machines.
• Fill finished goods into proper containers and label accurately.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to complete orders within the LPP process.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and proper equipment operation.
