Job summary

USG is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Sperry, OK plant on the 3rd shift (10:45pm–7am). You will load/unload with a forklift, pull and stage materials per customer orders, and record shipping data to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

You will also support safety, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to quality standards, with opportunities for bonuses and long-term benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to inspect and troubleshoot the forklift to detect issues and maximize operational availability.
• Ability to interpret verbal instructions and written documents such as customer orders.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency at accurately recording shipping data.
• Possess basic maintenance skills needed to help service equipment.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
• Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
