Prinova USA in Carol Stream, IL, is seeking a Production Operator II to safely operate processing and packaging equipment for liquid and dry blends, weighing, mixing, and sampling batches.

The role requires adherence to GMP and HACCP, maintaining production records, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and write English (75% literacy).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• 1+ year experience operating forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending, mixing, and packaging equipment.
• Pre- and post-operational setup and disassembly of equipment.
• Verify and weigh raw materials per work orders and blend sheets.
• Mix ingredients according to procedures and take batch samples.
• Package, label and palletize finished products.
• Maintain documentation for quality, safety, and production records.
• Assist with washdowns, sanitization, and equipment cleaning.
• Support audits and follow HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Cross-train on equipment, processes, and production departments.
