Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a Production Operator to join our team. This entry-level role offers exposure to a USDA-regulated facility with opportunities to advance within ADM's manufacturing operations.

You will perform daily cleaning, operate loadout equipment, maintain safety practices, and use computer systems to log data. Overtime, weekend work, and shift differentials are common, with full-time benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning activities to maintain facility organization and meet company and governmental standards.
• Follow lock out and confined space procedures for maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate equipment for loadout/unloading of bulk materials (trucks, rail cars, grain cars, loaders, forklifts, scales, conveyors).
• Input and record data in computer systems for safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Interact with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement and promote teamwork.
• Communicate safety concerns, product quality issues, and maintenance needs to the team and shift.
