Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety and quality standards, and support daily production flow. Strong reliability and physical stamina are essential, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliability with strong attendance and punctuality.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts.
• Basic math for production calculations.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Work with various stages of production, from raw corrugated sheets to finished products.
• Production Support: Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to efficiently complete daily assigned tasks and maintain a steady production flow.
• Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards and report any defects.
• Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
