Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Production Worker for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to efficiently pack and palletize finished products for shipment. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour for all shifts, with $1.75 shift premium on 2nd shift and $2.50 on 3rd shift.

The role requires following daily production schedules, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Must be able to accept direction from Department Leads and supervisors.
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
• Operate taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling equipment.
• Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions.
• Complete all necessary training and skills verification.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs.
