Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Production Associate in Neenah, WI to support daily manufacturing operations, operate production equipment, inspect finished goods, and package materials while maintaining product quality. The shift runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will follow work instructions, keep areas organized, and contribute to team goals. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior production experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training beneficial.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and monitoring of pilot machine equipment.
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials throughout the work area.
• Perform production tasks and document quality accurately.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.
