Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in North Dakota to assemble products, read instructions on a computer screen, and support production lines. The role offers hands-on training, overtime, and opportunities to cross-train across departments in a clean, controlled facility.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your day and increase earning potential.
