Ox Paperboard WP, LLC, a unit operated by Ox Industries, is seeking entry-level Production Labor candidates in White Pigeon, MI. Starting pay is $28.43 per hour with a 4-crew Southern Swing rotation across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts every month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and follow directions.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16" and perform basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely.
• Follow safety rules and lift 50 lbs+ as required.
• Read measurements and maintain quality of output.
• Assist in housekeeping and organization of work areas.
• Support paper machine operations and respond to upsets as needed.
