Job summary

Nestlé Purina seeks a Production Operator to run clump litter lines and manage equipment safely, ensuring materials are stocked and quality standards are met. You will train across factory areas to support operations and uphold a safety-first culture.

The starting pay is $25.18 per hour with a raise to $28.33 after the probation period, plus overtime, quarterly bonuses, full health benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 2nd or 3rd shift; overtime and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Operate clump litter lines
• Supply line and associated equipment with all raw materials
• Fill jugs, boxes, bags, pails, and palletize
• Ensure products meet applicable quality standards
• Inspect for quality during operation
• Perform all required sampling and testing
• Assure continuous and the smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity
• Make all necessary adjustments to equipment, including changeovers as necessary
