Job summary

Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking Production Operators for a facility in Katy, TX. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime or weekend hours as needed. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with weekly payroll provided.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift experience is a plus. Responsibilities include operating equipment, following safety standards, inspecting output, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production.
• Forklift experience.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic math skills, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment or complete production and assembly tasks.
• Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and required personal protective equipment practices.
• Inspect completed work and report quality concerns, defects, material shortages, equipment problems, or safety concerns.
• Load, unload, move, or handle materials and parts as required.
• Maintain accurate counts, labels, and basic production records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in training and cross-training and perform other duties as needed to support the production team.
