Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or metal processing.
• Ability to follow detailed operating procedures and document work accurately.
• Comfort with physically active production environments and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate refining equipment, start‑up/shutdown, and adjust for consistent output.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Load raw materials, transfer in‑process materials, collect samples, and clean.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate on the production floor.
• Maintain production records and follow safety/environmental procedures.
