Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker in Sioux Falls, SD to support the Manufacturing Department. The role emphasizes safety, learning, and performing duties in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include first, second, and third with hourly pay ranges.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, quality checks, material setup, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime or weekend shifts may be required; prior manufacturing experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work safely and comply with all company safety regulations.
  • Basic math, computer and tape measure reading skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and work up to 12-hour shifts.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and any available shift; manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing and powered equipment safely while following established procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on corrugated box products throughout the production process.
  • Assist with material setup and machine setup to support efficient production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support manufacturing operations by performing additional duties as assigned.
