Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates basic production equipment and maintains steady workflow to meet standards.
• Performs quality inspections on mail pieces and supports on the production floor.
• Keeps operator/job logs and generates documentation for finished pieces.
• Maintains inventory and prepares documents for mailing.
• May provide training support for new employees and answer workflow questions after proficiency.
• Identifies and escalates risks or customer-impacting issues to management.
• Operates motorized and non-motorized production machinery as needed.
