Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America’s Hereford plant is hiring a Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. Final placement depends on business needs and candidate qualifications; compensation ranges from $17.73/hour to $24.46/hour depending on area.

Role requires safety-focused work, ability to maintain clean workspaces, and willingness to work weekends, overtime, or back shifts as needed. Prior manufacturing exposure and basic English are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Work safely always. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow plant safety practices and demonstrate understanding and proper operation of equipment and tools.
• Move equipment using proper lifting/rigging procedures.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to work weekends, overtime, and back shifts as needed.
