Job summary

Nestlé Purina Atlanta factory is hiring a Production Operator to support our manufacturing teams. You will operate production equipment, sample ingredients, and communicate with operators and QA teams to ensure product quality. The role requires flexibility across shifts and adherence to safety standards.

Starting pay is $29.65/hour, with the potential to rise to $36.06 after 90 days and includes a broad benefits package such as a 401k with match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as production or machine operator.
• Willing to work all shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Production equipment.
• Sample ingredients and/or in process product.
• Communicate with other operators, truckers, Team Leaders, and Quality Assurance and Food Safety personnel.
• Maintain proper sanitation levels.
• Other job duties as assigned.
