Job summary

Givaudan is hiring for a warehouse manufacturing role in the USA. The position involves batch preparation, material movements, and operating various equipment across powder blending, liquid reactions, and drying processes.

Primary duties include product manufacture per process orders, sanitation compliance, final packaging, and material handling up to 3,000 lbs. Forklift experience and SAP/barcoding are preferred credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 55 lbs.
• Position may require respirator usage; medically certified to wear a respirator.
• Forklift operation skills preferred.
• SAP, bar coding/scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to predefined process order instructions to meet specific quality standards.
• Understand and comply with sanitation policies for equipment, product and work area.
• Prepares final packaging for shipment of materials.
• Selects appropriate intermediate or raw materials, performs transactions for consuming materials into batch.
• Moves material using equipment and drums up to 3,000 lbs.
• Follow GMP, Food Safety, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA and internal safety guidelines.
• Assemble, operate, or troubleshoot equipment per SOPs.
• Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading and staging of materials.
