Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to support our manufacturing line. You will perform assignments safely, meet production standards, and maintain clean work areas on the shop floor.

You will report waste to a lead or supervisor, uphold safety and quality, and follow all company policies. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to understand verbal and written instructions; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in team environment.

• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
