Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to join our operations in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient processing in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will work with a team to meet production targets while maintaining clean, safe workstations. Responsibilities include adhering to safety standards, following written and verbal instructions, and communicating issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments following safety specifications, instructions and requirements.
• Meet production standards within required time.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Report all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
