Pratt Industries in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a focused Assistant Operator to support production machine operations, setup, and quality checks. This position emphasizes learning, rapid skill growth, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Growth opportunities exist through cross-training and progressive responsibilities.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Assist in operating production machines and in setup/cleanup.
• Perform quality checks and report issues to supervision.
• Strive to improve setup times and minimize downtime.
• Support meeting production schedules and document reports accurately.
• Assist in machine setup, feeding, and die-cut sections as needed.
• Monitor board quality and adjust as necessary.
• Be willing to cross-train on other machines and advance along the line.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain good housekeeping.
