Shift 3: 11:00 pm to 7:30 AM (Sun-Thu)

Summary

We are looking for quality candidates to join an amazing team. Full Time positions available from entry level to experienced Machine Operators in our Bear, DE facility.

Essential Functions

• Set‑up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.
• Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.
• Accurately record production data into the computer database.
• Detect unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and elevate as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment (5S), perform minor maintenance on the equipment and the area clean‑up.
