Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a dedicated team member to perform assigned tasks within a manufacturing environment. You will follow safety specifications, meet production standards, and maintain clean work areas across assigned space.

You will also report waste and actively support safety and quality throughout production. Applicants should be able to operate in a fast paced setting, understand verbal and written instructions, and work effectively in a team while adhering to all company

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Safety training and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments in accordance with safety specifications and requirements.
• Meet production standards within required time.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Report all production waste to supervisor.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify supervisor when stepping off line to maintain safety/quality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Education And/or Experiences

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment

Skills

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
