Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production teammate to contribute to safe, high-quality manufacturing processes. You will perform assignments with adherence to safety instructions and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 35 lbs. You will report waste and follow company policies to ensure quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Team player with good communication.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.

• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notifies a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
