Job summary

Feed Energy is expanding its Pacific Junction, IA plant and seeks an Operator to join the team. You will work 6 AM to 6 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule, operating advanced production systems to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Computer proficiency including Outlook, PIMS, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures during daily operations.
• Ensure safety by inspecting equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Prepare machinery for operation and monitor production processes.
• Maintain logs and records of plant operations.
• Unload/load trailers and rail cars; operate equipment to move products.
• Monitor temperatures, pH and processing times; ensure product quality.
