Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is hiring for a production/assembly role in Phoenix, AZ. The position requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, with a focus on reading work instructions and following safety procedures.

You will operate coating and related production equipment, mix materials, load/unload parts, monitor processes, and inspect products to meet quality standards. Overtime and weekend hours may be required based on demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations.
• Prepare and mix materials according to process specifications.
• Load and unload parts and materials from production equipment.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support other production activities as needed.

Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00a-5:00p

Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift 25+ pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
