Job summary

Personna Employment Solutions is partnering with a renewable fuels and specialty products manufacturer to hire a Production Operator for a continuous-process facility. You will operate and monitor production equipment, track key process parameters, and perform basic troubleshooting to keep operations safe and efficient.

This hands-on role requires safe work practices, ability to document conditions, and collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with production equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform inspections.
• Ability to document operating conditions and shift activities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, start, stop, and adjust production equipment.
• Track process parameters and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment repairs.
• Collect production samples and support quality testing.
• Maintain shift logs and communicate conditions during turnover.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards.
