Position Details

Production Operator - 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am Sunday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs
• Record data accurately on batch tickets and logs
• Notify supervisors of issues or abnormalities
• Perform quality checks and record results
• Handle and secure product containers
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment
• Attend training sessions and report safety incidents
• Manage hazardous waste properly and perform daily 6S activities
• Manage waste containers and labels, coordinate waste removal

Additional Duties

• Maintain a clean work area
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Coordinate with team members for instructions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Math skills and passing test required
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Skills

• Decision-making and basic math skills
• Ability to convert units and use quality tools
• Operate industrial equipment safely
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy drums

Work Conditions

Moderate safety gear required. Ability to stand long hours.
