Production Operator - 3rd Shift in Manitowoc, WI

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the movement of grain and monitor the steep, germination, and kilning (drying) processes of barley or other grains.
2. Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records.
3. Perform sanitation of related areas.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Hours:

Starting pay is $25.00/hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. The position is for the 3rd shift, typically scheduled from 11 pm to 7 am, including weekends.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to train candidates with a positive attitude.
• Experience in food plant sanitation and GMP is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
