Job Title: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce, inspect, and package products according to batch formulations using various equipment.
2. Follow all EHS and Quality procedures to ensure safety and product quality.
3. Record material usage and process data accurately.
4. Operate equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, and hand tools.
5. Participate in safety programs, continuous improvement projects, and rotate work functions as needed.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting requiring safety, accuracy, and speed.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Minimal supervision with use of production and data management equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime.
• Preferred: manufacturing experience, computer skills, forklift operation, and automated equipment operation.
