Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator. You will operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, meet production standards, and maintain clean work areas.

You’ll assist in changeovers and cross-train across multiple operations while contributing to safety, quality, and productivity goals with the team. The role requires clear English communication, basic math, and the ability to work evenings or nights and weekends as needed based on

• Demonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout the production process, including following all safety procedures and performing manual and visual quality inspection of products as assigned
• Responsible for cleaning equipment and area before, during, and after shift
• May be responsible for sorting product as needed to ensure quality shipments
• Assist in changeovers when needed
• Is responsible for cross-training across multiple operations such as presses, palletizers, seamers and/or slitters
• Responsible for working directly with team members to meet all safety, quality and productivity goals
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager

Requirements
