We are looking for a Production Operator 3rd shift to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.

What you’ll do:

1. Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
2. Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
3. Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
4. Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy

What you’ll bring:

1. Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
2. Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
3. Ability to read and write with a desire to continually learn and improve
4. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guidelines with previous experience in plant production sites, with added plus of exposure to the food industry
