Nestlé Health Science offers a 2-2-3 schedule with days or nights as needed, plus opportunities for overtime pay including double and triple time. The position starts at $31.65 per hour with an extra $1.25 per hour for night shift, and an 80% probationary rate applies for the first 90 days at $25.32 per hour.

A Lifestyle Spending Account is available to support wellness and activities. Employees are expected to follow plant safety rules, environmental and quality objectives, and Nestlé GMP

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Consistently reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule.
• At least one year experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task.
• Computer skills acquired through work experience.
• Problem solving/critical thinking abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.
• Follow plant safety rules (LOTO procedures, PPE, etc.) and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Follow factory safety and environmental objectives & targets.
• Follow Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices and report quality issues.
• Understand and apply continuous improvement principles in the work area.

• Understand the food safety and quality aspects of the position as indicated in the Quality Management System, on-the-job training, and standard operating procedures that apply.
• Understand and apply the principles of continuous improvement in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.
