Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years.
• Able to use basic hand or power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Must have written and spoken English.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the Delano area.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and remove finished parts.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assemble parts using basic hand tools, screws, nuts and bolts.
• Package and label completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
