Position Title: Production Operator

Location and Schedule

• Henderson, CO
• Monday through Friday, 2^nd shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Production Operator, you will learn to fill high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes). As you learn, you have the opportunity to test your proficiency on various gases. Each test passed earns you an additional 50 cents an hour. You can increase your wages by $2.50 after passing tests and a successful 90-day review. Responsibilities:

1. Fill high-pressure cylinders following proper temperature and pressure methods.
2. Operate and maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
3. Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests.
4. Maintain cylinders and remove those requiring repair from service.
5. Inspect and maintain pumping equipment and pressure monitoring devices.
6. Fill cylinders to proper pressure or weight.
7. Keep accurate filling records and adhere to regulations.
8. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory management.
9. Support general housekeeping and customer assistance as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay starts at $19.00/hr + $1.50 shift differential ($20.50), with potential increases after reviews. Incentives include a quarterly bonus program.
