Job summary

Avient Corporation is seeking a Production Operator in Phoenix, AZ. You will set up and operate equipment to blend, mix or transport chemicals, ensuring quality and cost efficiency while supporting safety and regulatory compliance.

You will participate in training on the 1st shift for about two months before moving to the 2nd shift; overtime is possible and employees enjoy strong benefits, including medical coverage from day one and a 401(k) with company match.
