Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator for Paris, KY. The role supports daily manufacturing, operates machining equipment, and adheres to quality standards on 2nd or 3rd shifts. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and the ability to read instructions. Overtime may be required to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform tool changes and leak tests following established work instructions.
• Operate machining equipment, including Chiron drills, Okuma lathes.
• Conduct hardness testing to verify product quality and specifications.
• Re-balance, inspect, and palletize finished parts for shipment or additional processing.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools to deburr, grind, buff, and finish machined components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating instructions.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
