Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in Coleman, MI is hiring full-time Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will operate production machinery, trim materials, inspect quality, and document processes on 2nd or 3rd shifts with a starting pay of $17.84–$18.34 per hour.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, use basic pneumatic or hand tools, and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or GED preferred; weekly pay and benefits are offered.

• Documentation: Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures and process requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and teammates to maintain smooth production flow.
