Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring for full-time production worker roles on 2nd and 3rd shifts in a fast-paced recycling and packaging environment. You will help with stacking, setup, operation, and process improvements to move corrugated sheets to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience as a Bundler preferred.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Set up bundler, hold down arm, load former and delivery end of machine.
• Secure cover sheets, tie sheets and load tags for production runs.
• Stack finished boxes per factory master.
• Ensure proper top/bottom cover sheets and load tags.
• Monitor box quality and report issues.
• Assist team members and ensure correct bundle counts.
• Complete necessary reports and maintenance requests.
