Job description

We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in manufacturing high-quality printing ink. We have openings on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts for roles including Batchweigher / Mixer, Operator, and Canning Line / Packout. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidates to operate our specialized machinery and engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

2nd and 3rd shift openings 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Run batches of ink at proper mill settings.
• Package finished products in various containers and apply labels.
• Clean and maintain machines to TPM Standards.
• Learn and apply TPM knowledge to daily activities.
• Weigh-Up Batches : Shift auto and manual steps. Follow process order of addition.
• Mix Batch : Discharge pigment and operate mixer safely; adhere to all Mixer SOP's.
• Operate Hockmeyer mill and maintain optimum OEE standards.
• Create and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing times.
• Operate press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift.
• Act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording data.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with repacks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
